If you are having issues logging in, please check the following:

1. Be sure you have selected your role from the tabs at the top of the login box.
2. Confirm you are entering the correct 11-digit Associate ID including the leading zeros.
3. Confirm that you are using the correct password with leading zeros:
4. • SM’s, SLT’s and Associates, the password will be your 4-digit Store Number.
   • DM’s, the password will be your 3-digit District Number.
   • RM’s the password will be your 3-digit Region Number.

Banner notifications are located on your dashboard and are used to inform you about incentive information and results. There are currently 2 types of banners:

1. Winner Banner – This banner will notify you if you have won for a particular incentive. To select your prize, simply click on the REDEEM PRIZE button. From here you can view prize details and instructions and also print your prize (from back office application home page vs. iPad).
2. Results Banner – This banner will be used to share and congratulate incentive winners. To view the incentive winners, simply click on the VIEW RESULTS button.

Banner notifications can be cleared in 2 ways:

1. By clicking REDEEM PRIZE on a Notification Banner
2. By clicking the dismiss button on the upper left hand corner of the banner.
